YM Diag

Analyze a New Bug Report

Choose the bug report file or its folder; it is extracted and analyzed locally in your browser before anything is sent.

Capture straight from a connected phone

If you've installed the YM Diag Helper, connect to it to capture a bug report directly from a USB-connected Android phone. Otherwise install it below, or use manual upload.

Get the YM Diag Helper

YM Diag Helper is a separate, standalone app you install on your computer. It connects your Android phone over a USB cable (ADB), captures the bug report locally on your machine, and hands it to YM Diag here in the browser — analysis and your account stay on the website. It is not part of Yalla Mobile Desktop; it is its own small install.

Full Step-by-Step Workflow
  1. Install the standalone YM Diag Helper on your computer (Windows or macOS) using the download above — it is a separate app, not part of Yalla Mobile Desktop.
  2. Keep this page open; the Helper runs quietly in the background on your machine (127.0.0.1 — this computer only).
  3. Connect the Android phone to your computer with a USB cable.
  4. On the phone: go to Settings → About Phone → tap "Build Number" 7 times to enable "Developer Options."
  5. In Settings → Developer Options: enable "USB Debugging."
  6. When the "Allow USB Debugging?" (RSA) prompt appears on the phone, tap "Allow."
  7. Back here: your phone appears in the device list above — click "Capture bug report" and watch the progress.
  8. When the capture completes, the report is analyzed and you're taken to the results page automatically.

Or: Manual Upload (available now)

If you don't have Helper yet, you can upload a bugreport.zip file or paste the report text directly in the form below.

Sign in, then use Helper or upload a bug report manually to start analysis under your current plan.
